FOMO Works
Property sales brochure design
I was commissioned to design a sales brochure for Renew Hub, an office building located at Grenseveien 19 in Sandnes. The brochure was developed as a strategic sales tool, designed to communicate the building’s qualities and long-term vision in a way that would inspire potential tenants to take the next step in the leasing process.
The project began before the final brand identity had been fully established. As a result, my primary focus was on developing the brochure’s structure, layout, information architecture, and overall visual storytelling. Rather than creating a traditional sales document, I approached the project as an editorial publication, placing strong emphasis on photography, generous white space, and carefully curated compositions. I also contributed as a photographer with taking pictures of their meeting rooms and events. Some pictures are included in the brochure.
The goal was to create a premium experience that reflected the quality of the property itself conveying a sense of exclusivity, inspiration, and modern working life. This was reinforced through thoughtful material choices, including the use of high-quality textured paper that enhanced the tactile experience of the finished publication.
Visual direction
Renew Hub targets a different market segment and audience than FOMO Works, requiring a more refined and sophisticated visual expression. However, I wanted to establish a subtle connection to the broader FOMO universe by drawing inspiration from some of the brand’s distinctive visual elements, including tropical plants, organic shapes, and the iconic flamingo that appears throughout the brand identity.
Rather than using these elements as dominant graphic features, I integrated them discreetly as decorative details within backgrounds and layouts. This approach created a visual link to the FOMO brand while ensuring that the building’s architecture, atmosphere, and story remained the primary focus.
The result was a concept that allows the property to take center stage while introducing warmth, personality, and a subtle connection to the FOMO Works brand ecosystem. The brochure successfully balances premium aesthetics with strategic storytelling, creating a memorable and engaging presentation for prospective tenants.
Digital Advertising
& Signage
I designed digital signage content for screens located throughout the building. The content promoted events, announcements, and on-site services, including the podcast studio, FOMO Health, and the gym facilities.
My focus was on creating clear visual hierarchy, strong readability, and engaging layouts that could quickly capture attention in a public environment while maintaining consistency with the building’s visual identity.
